Club Members who visited Ziranfeng After our first successful food trip to Shanghai last month, our group was eager to explore more vegetarian options closer to home. Last Sunday (Sep 1), we set our sights on a local gem, Ziranfeng Vegetarian Buffet Restaurant/自然风蔬食自助餐厅 in Kunshan. Seven of us joined this adventure, making it our largest group outing yet! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a bustling scene. The restaurant was filled with locals, each making their way through a generous spread of dishes. The brave souls who ventured to Shanghai for food Last Sunday (August 25), I (your humble club advisor) and some members of Plant Futures DKU took a trip to Shanghai for a music and vegan afternoon buffet event at Fortunate Cafe. Despite the intense heat (this summer has been 🥵), and Shanghai being a bit far, we enjoyed some amazing food and had a fantastic time. Lunch at GongDeLin My friend Tivadar and I arrived a bit early to explore the Shanghai City History Museum. As it turned out, GongDeLin (功德林), a vegetarian restaurant with over 100 years of history (since 1922), was nearby.
